We dropped Spencer off at the car dealership this past weekend to pick up his truck, Sawyer yells at me to stop. I figured he or Sophia must have dropped something they wanted but he said "Mom there's Bumblebee." I of course looked across the parking lot and told him yes that car does look like Bumblebee. "Mom those are the same wheels and everything, that is Bumblebee."
We pulled up by it so Sawyer could take a closer look. I should have known he was right, he's seen Transformers probably 1,000 times. When we got close enough to see all the details he was so excited that he wanted pictures, "Lots of pictures mom!" So we are sharing a few with you all. The car salesmen were very nice about it, they gave him a book of Camaros to take apart and hang in his bedroom. He assured them all that he would be back when he was sixteen to buy it.
After leaving the dealership, Sawyer called his Papa Woody to tell him to start saving as his share was only $20,000 and he had 11 more years to save it. He's been doing all he can to earn extra money around the house...if you can't dream big when you're five I don't know when you can. I wouldn't put it past him to someday own a Camaro
I just thought it would be a little farther in the future. This last picture was his favorite, he wasn't looking at the camera in any of them because he was so excited to be looking at the car. The owners of the dealership are patients at the dental office I work in and I saw them today, I told them about how excited Sawyer was, they have a son close to Sawyer's age who hasn't seen the Bumblebee yet. I am sure she'll get a similar reaction from her son. For now Sawyer will have to live the dream through the posters on his bedroom wall-

Sawyer - Bumblebee is my favorite and I wish that I could have my picture taken with him. You are soooo LUCKY!!!!! LOVE YOU!
